AHH ..Im sick =/ because i get dehydrated and water isnt working!! What do i do?! i have my period so i cant take a bath right now and im home alone and thrwoing up..im afraid if i pass out no one wil know and no one is available to help me..what do i do?! I dont have Air conditioning. (link)

Well, water WILL help... Just drink more of it. And why can't you take a bath? You don't go a week without taking a bath do you...? Do you have a fan? Turn the fan on and have it blowing on you, drink water, and get a damp wash rag and put it on your forehead or the back of ur neck and lay down and watch TV or something...

Being on your period shouldn't stop you from taking a bath. In fact, many girls take baths instead of showers when they're on their period because it's better for cramps... You shouldn't ge a smartass when people are triyng to help you. :-) Hope you feel better soon.
