Ok...so i have braces and I just got chain put on them...and for those of you who know what that is you probbly know how bad that hurts!! Please tell me what to do for the pain! It is killing me!

i dont know what its like myself but my sister had them and it really hurt her. al she could do was take pain killers. thats all i can sugest really. hope i've helped
