My whole life, I have always had a little chubby part on my body every now and then. I am looking for a way to start toning up my body so I can keep it that way. Any ideas or tips on how to keep a toned up body? (link)

First of all, don't just do exercises, especially for that area of the body. Spot reduction is a myth that exercising that area will help you lose fat, which is a LIE. But still exercise because it's good for you, and play sports because they are fun, and mostly just eat right. You don't have to diet or eat less, but don't pig out on junk food and try to eat your fruits and vegetables. Good nutrition and an active lifestyle will help a lot. These are the only tips that work for everyone. Also, if you do exercise or play sports or eat right, stick with it. Don't give up, get lazy, forget, or decide not to, because that just makes it harder to start again. Keeping thinking of your improved, strong, healthy, future body. Hope I helped!
