How do i get the guy i want. i just want to get to know him better. basically how do i get into a relationship to the point that he can actually say hi to me? Thanks in advance!

This may sound like an obvious answer but.. just be yourself!
You may make a point to walk in the area you know he will be and casually say "hello". That way he will be made aware of you. Don't be afraid to say Hi first. Just do not overdo it. Don't be pushy or annoying.
Guys like to go for girls that they have to chase, ones that aren't overly available. They like a challenge.
Don't try to be what HE likes , just be you. Think about it... if you have to change yourself to suit anyone else Whats the use? Be proud of YOU and take pride in being YOu and don't bother with anyone you have to go out of your normal behavior to please.
