I am going to the beach in 3 weeks and i was wondering, what are some ways to tone up your stomich area? I am not realy confident but i love my bathing suit and i want to feel nice in it. I am 5'3 female that weighs 120pounds, Im 13 in 7th grade. i do cheerleadin in the summer but that doesnt start till the 22nd of next month!!!

I just want some simple stuff to do like before bed.. like quick exercises maybe a website or two! Thanks!!!

You could do some sit ups before bed. thats good on your stomache. even if u jog a couple times a week for alittle while it will help.
