well i play on a premier soccer team all year long. this is our 2nd season together and i am known to be the loud, crazy and just always vocal person. lately there have been alot of cliques starting because of all the girls that come from diffrent schools.. any advice on how i can try to make these cliques dissapear? or any activites that would bring the team together as one? Try to set up activities outside of practices and games, like movies, mall, etc. That would probably help the cliques to dissappear.
