I like my friend's brother and now that she knows, every little thing he does she always looks at me. It's weird. I want to get to know him better, but just because I talk to him I don't want her staring at me. Plus, how can I get to talk to him when he is in another conversation. I don't want him to think I'm rude and that I just join in on other people's conversations. It's really hard for me to get the chance to talk to him because the only time I really see him is on the bus, so thats my only opportunity to get to know him. So, how do I get to know him without sounding rude or nosy? (link)

well if she is your 'friend' then couldnt you go to her house and hangout with her and her bro? and while your on the bus include yourself into his conversations. dont take him and start talking to him and leaving everyone else that was talking out. just gradually start talking to him more and more until he stops talking to anyone but you.
