I have muscular legs.. but not like uge but like nice and i'm working on my arms but they are fine.. the only thing i don't like is my tummy fat and my fat cheeks... everyone in my family has chubby cheeks... but is there anyway for me to slim down around my waist and loose some fat in my cheeks

running will reduce the size or your waste dramatically!!! and your chubby cheeks will just eventually come off with exercise. sit ups will also help reduce the size of your waste and at the same time firm up your abs!
