Don't ask him out-just talk to him first of all and have a good conversation. The more good conversations you have the more relaxed you will become around eachother and the more time you will then spend together. It will then be easier for you both to tell eachother how you feel. Nothing is going to happen unless you do something about it-but you can't make a fool of yourself by just having a conversation.
