I have a problem. I'm conservative and the guy i liked is shy. So what do I do? Will I be the one to do the first move? But i'm a girl and its not proper for a girl to do the first move with boys and they say it could make a boy turn off. (link)

Wait wait wait...it's not "proper" for a gril to make the first move? Maybe in the 1800's. Ello, time's have changed! Don't like..pounce on the guy...but don't be afraid to tell him how you feel. If he's super shy, chances are he'd be relieved if you made the first move.
