I have a friend who is always fealing rather down and out because her 2 best friends are leaing her out. I can tell she really doesn't like it, i mean who likes to be left out. What should I tell her to do about her best friends?

You should tell her to just talk to her friends about when they leave her out, that it really hurts and makes her feel unloved. And if they don't really care, or they deny, it then tell her to let it either blow over in a couple of days, or find two "new" friends.

Take your own advise, no one should feal left out.
