if your are really athletic, are you less likely to get you period? or is it the exact opposite? (link)

Hey, in a book I read it said that athletic girls won't get their period as soon as girls are aren't totally athletic. It'll be just the same as an unathletic girl getting her period, it'll just take a little longer. But who knows? You may get it earlier than you think!
