Hi ive been finding it really hard to sleep for the last few days, can anyone give me some advice on how i might be able to get a few hours at least of sleep thank you..
ill rate hight for good answers
take sleeping pills? do something during the day that will make you really tired like excercising, anything really. make sure you wake up earlier too cause if you sleep late it'll make you want to go to sleep late.
if none of these work you could also consider skipping sleep for a night or two until you are REALLY tired. you WILL sleep when your body requires you too
