i get these horrible and huge pimples on my vigina ..thay hert bad!!! wut shoul di do ... and i dont have sex or masterbate!
Do you shave your pubic hair? If so, then these are just regular and ordinary bumps, caused by shaving wrong. I have never heard of huge ones but try putting some creams or lotions on and that should help. You just need to shave slowly and you have to watch out more. If you still have these bumps in a few weeks, then you need to see a doctor. Even though you probably don't want them to look at your genitals, they will help you out.

That one guy was right, I went to the doctor and it turned out to be scabies! Sucks for me, but a month of rubbing stinky cream down there and they are all gone. Sorry I didn't reply sooner.
