Okay I am 14/female. I weigh 157 lbs. And I eat too much. Like when I am bored I will eat food. I am fat and I really would like to lose weight. I will look and feel better if I do. My Mom is on Weight Watchers and I want to do that. I am going to most likely, but what I want to know is what are some ways that you can excercise at home? And what are some ways to discipline yourself not to eat so much? I know that if I lost weight then I would be prettier then I am. Also what are some ways to build leg muscles and stomach muscles? And how can I get rid of the stretch marks on my stomach. If anyone knows of some quick ways of losing weight please let me know. During the summer I will be able to lose a little bit of weight because I have a pool and I will be swimming a lot. I am sorry that this is so long. This is kinda off topic of the question but also I am pretty pale skinned. What are some easy ways to tan at home without having to be soaked with tanning oil?

Well i see you want to lose weight but you don't know how to go about doing it. Okay not to long ago i wanted to lose weight soooo badly because i thought i was overweight. So what i did was joined some kind of sport. I joined a dance team because i love too dance. But if you dont like to dance just pick a sport that u liek and i promise you will build strong muscles and lose ALOT OF WEIGHT. I promise. You say your pale you also say u have a pool. well DUH go outside and layout for liek an hour a day. MAKE SURE TO PUT ON SUNSCREEN OIL. Well i hope everything works out for you. i hope my advice helped you. Also walking a few blocks a day REALLY WORKS.
