advice
soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

well as a soccer player i know the key to it is endurance. at first it willl seem very hard but as time goes on it will become less harder. dont quit because you feal liked it instead do it to make you a better athlete. as michael jordan once said "I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying."
