ok... i have to write an essay for my 9th grade english class about romeo and juliet. We have to dicuss whether or not they were in love. I feel that they werent really in love, just lust. I need help in finding information to prove my point, which is that romeo and juliet werent really in love. If any one has any advice about this please tell me! thanks
I don't really have any advice for ya, just an opinion...ARE YOU CRAZY?! Romeo and Juliet were totally in love! Look what they went through just to be together, their families wouldn't let them be together, so they ended the fight by killing themselves so they could be in heaven forever together! They were totally madly in love! If you think it wuz just lust, then you must not have really understood it...I suggest reading it again, then writing your essay. Much Love!!

how could they possible be in love? they had known each other for less than a week, and they were teenagers! yes, they did kill themselves to be togther, but it was a rash decision. I've read the play more than once, so dont tell me to read it again. If you dont have a answer to what im asking, please dont reply to me.
