Ok i always have a tough time talking to guyz i like.. i always get so shy and locked up... and the thing is i get all shaky and nervas. It's so emaressing! I no they probably feel the same way but it seems so hard... what should i do?

try to talk to them i kno you get very shy and im the same around lads i try to avoid talking to them if i can. lol. but you shouldn't feel embarrased just try and boost your confidence and try to talk to them.lads feel the same around girls too so its not just us girls. i hope i have helped you
