i play basketball and i was wandering what can i do for practice. i mean what is like a really good practice for basketball? please help.

Good pectoral and triceps workout.... Push-ups, chin-ups, anything of that sort. Running will also keep your legs in good shape, I recommend working up until you can run a mile in 6:30 (Minutes:Seconds) if your a guy and 7:30 as a girl. It should help you out a lot. Otherwise, shooting hoops like any other person will help your accuracy skills, but just some good exercises will do the trick, push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups. I recommend those.
