yeah so only seventeen, but ive got a pretty good idea about giving decent advice. anything from serious relationships, not-so-serious relationships, friends, family problems, what looks good & what doesnt, and how NOT to be a bitch! i love to have fun, but im not an idiot! im just your typical clowner and i pretty much know it all - well, kinda : D ask anything!!
advice
i exercise a lot. i do at least 250 sit ups a day and i pogo-stick i also run. i eat like a granola bar 4 breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch with baked lays (1.5 grams of fat), and only like 10 grams of fat 4 dinner. im really fat, i weigh 128 lbs and im 13, 5ft 1 in, i have been since i was 12! i dont know why im so fat around my abs, above my hips, thighs, and stomach. please help, im desperste 4 weight loss!
okay.. well everyone thinks theres something wrong with them - whether its weight, hair, or just the way you think you look - EVERYONE is self-conscious about something. ok now anyway, if your 5'1 128lbs and 13, your not really as fat as you probably think you are. If you exercise, and watch wat you eat, and have energy and feel like your pretty healthy, then dont worry about it. Now if you still think u have a problem, then counting your calorie intake can help you get where you want to be. Crunches, running, jump-rope, push-ups, and streching can help.
