Ok I have been suicidal for a while, and haven't had an episode for about a month... I have scars on my stomach and arms.. but I can't stop thinking I need more cuts... I have had alot of stuff going on lately... what should I do, should I tell someone! I just don't wanna go to a mental hospital! thanks I'll rate high (link)

Arite. First, your not the only one who goes through this. lots of people go through this an dont know wat to do or how to deal with this kinda situation. Now, first you should see your school counselor and if your not comfortable with that, talk to your friends who u can trust with anything. Then, their is always ure parents. They will listen. And maybe you should see a phsycologist(SP) and that may help. i think it will cuz im seeing one right now. Its helping slowly but surely. I really hope this helped.
