ok i have this ex who is always trying to get back with me but is also always hitting me and leaving marks. I know it makes me sound stupid but i still keep coming back to him, i cant help it i still like him. Is there any advice someone can give me out there and by the way this is monkeygirls friend not her!!

Sweetie, you need to distance yourself from him. It's not going to be easy because you like him and because he might not take well to you leaving him. You can do better, and you need to not see him for your own safety. A guy like that will mess with your mind. He can make you feel worthless, and he can ruin your life. It may sound like I'm over-exxagerating, but sticking with a guy who beats you could lead to this. You can do so, so much better; You really can. You should go out and meet new guys, hang out with your friends. Make yourself busy so you don't have the time to miss him and think about him. Eventually you'll get over him. Good luck!
