I like this guy. But my guy friend HATES him and i'm so close to going out with this guy but my guy friend says he'll never talk to me again if i go out with him. my friend is begging me to stop liking him but i like him so much! I don't want to lose my friend but i want to gain the guy i like. what should i do?
you know i always say that "it is better to have a best friend for 5 years then have a boyfriend for 5 months"...i know you don't want to hear this and i wouldn't either if i was in your same position... but i still say take your friend over this guy... because your friend is gonna be there when you need a shoulder to cry on 1 or 2 years down the road... and your "boyfriend" may only be with you for several months of the relationship is good...
