Well Hello There;;my name is Lauren.
There is alot of unique things about me. Im me and me only. i dont try to be anyone other than me. I have gone through lots of stuff in life;; divorce with parents;; friendship problems;; love life i have been through it all. well most of it. i love helping my friends through things and now im here to help you. ifyou need help im volenteering to help you in any way i can.

I've had this problem for years. My parents and my sister always accuse me of talking too much and see nothing wrong with interrupting me in the middle or end of my sentences to tell me to shut up and that I talk too much. I respond by telling them that I was already done talking and that they should'nt assume I'm going to say more, and that it is rude to interrupt someone even if you don't care about what they are saying. At least if it's someone you care about, you should find a nicer way to tell them. They don't listen, they just keep telling me to be quiet when I try to tell them how I feel. I sometimes end up in tears, and then they tell me I'm being grumpy or silly. I'm 35 years old and I'm tired of being treated this way. How can I get them to listen? It's especially embarrassing when they do this in front of others, like my daughter, husband, other family and friends. I'm I partially to blame? Please help!
no dont blame yourself. you try to sit your parents a side and if they say shut up stand up for yourslef. say bno i want you to listin to me and if they tell you that your being silly be like no im not being silly i want to talk to you and your like shutting me out. if you dont give me a chance to talk im leaving. you dont have to stand for that! if they wont talk to you then just go and talk to someone else and treat them the same way they treat you. and try to get them to see how you feel!

(Rating: 4) You said pretty much what the other girl I gave a 4 to said. That's what I try to do, but in the heat of the moment, they don't listen. I guess I need to wait until they calm down.
