I have a few questions about getting shiney hair.
1. Does icy cold water really help make your hair shiney?
2. Are there any other techniques that help make your hair shiney?
3. What are some good products?

1. I'm not sure. All i heard was that it makes it stronger.
2. Some hair straighteners shine hair, depending on which one you buy.
3. My hair i guess it kinda shiney...and i use white rain or you can get some sprays for your hair
