When your at the movies start talking to him and be like so....when did u say you wanted to make-out?Lean in but dont make the first move.I know it sounds really corny but talk to him about it.Like when you two are alone,its only you and maybe after you tel him that you really think you need to move forward he might do it right then.There's some starting ideas if those dnt work then i'll do my best to come up with something else.hope i helped.
