Ok, if he knew that you liked him before and he still thinks you do, you need to talk to him about it. Tell him you don't feel the same way but maybe you could be friends. If he didn't know you liked him just tell him that you don't like him that way. Either way, you need to talk to him about it so he doesn't get his hopes up over something that isn't going to happen.
