Hey I want to loose 100 pounds in 1 year! Thats my goal. Anyways. What are some excersizes i can do and how often,how long and ect to do them. What food do i eat? And do you have any sites? Well,I hope you are over 200lbs, because loseing 100 pounds if you're lower than that is wrong...anyways, try doing some crunches to make the belly flab go away, also try leg jacks. (Stand strait, and raise you leg to the side up and down, then swith the leg, do it over.)Foods are pretty simple, don't anything think high in sodium (salt) Cholesteral, and carbs. Those are what add up the pounds. As do things high is sugar, and fat. Try snacking on celery insted of chips, Carrot sticks instead of candy, and rice cakes (regular) instead of a hamburger. It may seem rough now, but in a year or so, i'm sure you'll look even better then you probably look now!
