im trying to lose about 10 pounds and i just cant.. its hard for me to stay on a diet and not eat junk foods and when i do exercises.. nothing happens-- im 120 if that helps? can anyone please tell me ways to stay on a diet!! thanks in advance-- i rate well

ha i wanna c u run...jk...try sit ups and push ups, a drag i know but it works...u dont need to lose 10 though 120 is perfect ;)
