You need to be honest with the guy. If you like him,it doesn't sound like you do,but if you do tell him. If you don't,just tell him you're not really interested in him. I'd give him a chance though. You never know,you may go out with him and enjoy it. I hate when girls don't give guys a chance just because they're not sure if they like them or not.
