Im looking to lose some weight. I work out to those workout video things..but i get real thirsty. How much water should i drink without gaining all the stuff i burned back again? I appreciate all help..i`ll rate! Thanks

LoL. omg u must really be ignorant. water doesnt make u gain anything. the more u drink the better. n even if u didnt know that, which u should. havent u heard to drink LOTS before working out? the worst thing to do when excercising is dehydrate.

na..not ignorant..i just thought drikning a lot of water would be too much and that would lead to water fat. I just heard it somewhere ..im new at the weight loss thing so what do i know lol
