does ne riders have some good tips on riding?? Like... good ways to stay calm and in control

one thing is that you can't be scared of the horse!!! he will knwo if your scared and then he will think "well if she is scared of me then maybe i should be scared of her" and start acting all jittery!!! Always keep your fingers closed tight on the reins!!! if you let a horse have to loose of a grip they will take off!! Always sit up straight and and keep your shoulders back with your heels down!!!! Just relax and enjoy the ride!!! And also know that yout trainers arent going to make you do anythign that would put you in danger so just do what they say and have fun!!!
