im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

drink lots and lots of water because water flushes out fat cells!!! also! do a little workout routine 3 times a week and cut back on sugar and carbs!!!
