I'm 13 and I weigh 126 pounds. I would like to weigh 110, and I really need a way to know how I could lose just a few pounds. My friends know me as the big eater. I'm not fat, actually I look very thin, but my stomach is a little bigger than I'd like for it to be. Some1 please help!

cheerleading makes you lose alot of weight and crunches sit ups running push ups and stuff like that
