advice

hey folks... i need a little help here. i weigh 200lbs and am 5"7... (i'm 14, female) i really need to lose some weight. i don't need to lose it real fast... just like, 10 or 15lbs in the next month and a half... any tips?

Don't snack when you are hungry for dinner, just grab some vegetables like a carrot or celery. Have plenty of protein at dinner so you won't get hungry later. Try to cut how many catbs you take in in half! For excersisng, do wall sits, jog maybe around your block, and do crunches. But if you do crunches, only so them every other day cuz you actually stretch the muscles and then when you don't do them and then do it in a few days, you gain muscle that way!
