Hi I'm Sarah. I'm just about 16 years old and a softmore in high school. My favorite subjects in school are Chorus, Child Study, European History and English. My hobbies/passions are music, theatre, art, teacher, (especially young children), sewing, knitting, reading, writing short stories/poems/songs, ballet and photography. I've been dancing since I was three years old, and still going strongly. I like jazz and ballroom a lot and still take classes, but ballet is my favorite by far. I've been on pointe since I was 11 years old.
I'm very big into theatre and music. My favorite broadway shows are Next to Normal, In the Heights, and Rent. My favorite bands/musicans are Three Days Grace, Linkin Park, Rise Against, System of a Down, The Cure, Cobra Starship, The Ramones, Avril Lavigne, Joni Mitchell, Regina Spektor, Ingrid Michaelson, Padent Pending, Thousand Foot Crunch and All Time Low.
I've been playing cello/taking lessons since the end of 3rd grade. I've been teaching myself a little acoustic but mostly electric guitar since 6th grade, and teaching myself to play the piano since 8th grade.
I've done All County Chorus twice, and it was one of the most enjoyable things/best learning experiences I've ever had.
One day I'd like to major in elementary school education, photo journalism or library sciences. I work at the puplic library in my town, and enjoy it a ton.
I'm the only out homosexual student in my grade of 300 something, (I'm lesbian).
I would LOVE to help others in anyway, so ask me any question, (I'm best when it comes to homosexuality questions, mental health questions, and trying to make people less afraid when they're scared).
