I'm Kevin or Ruminator! I took Ruminator from the word ruminate. One of it meanings is to go over in the mind repeatedly and often casually or slowly. I love helping people! I have learned not to give advice per say but listen and ask questions that opens awareness to possibly a bigger picture. I'm still a kid in spirit! I love life! I'm very active for a 41 year old with CP (Cerebral Palsy). In September 2007 I attempted to cycle from San Diego to Portland Oregon. I only got 600+ mile, hence the word attempted. I'm happy with the adventure so on to the next one! My next adventure this spring is a hydro-foil ride from Long Beach CA to Catalina and back! Stay tune for more on this!
As I said earlier, I love helping people. I've been teaching workshops on respect and understanding differences since 1992. I now want to do more one on one help so here I am. I will try my best to give food for thought and maybe we can both ruminate!
My approach is to ask questions so you'll find answers that really apply to you. I�ll also give you my opinion but I think the best advice come from within.
