Hi, Im Sarah and Im 24 and Im married to a wonderful man! Together we have 3 kids together the first one was an "accident" as I was still in high school when I was 17. But she is now 7 and her name is Ashley Marie. Then I have a little boy who is 11 months and his name is Corey Logan. Then I am expecting the third in about a month!!! She is suppost to be a girl so her name will be Kelsey Anne. I graduated college from The University of Tennasee. I am a gymnastics coach and own 3 gyms. Then as a side job I train horses for all events. I got married on May 21, 2007!!! If you ever need help I can answer most any question... I am a been there done that type of person! It is possible. Also is it possible that you had un-safe sex. Have you missed your period? Get a store bought pregnancy test and try it out. Do a cuple because they are not always right. But I would say you very well could be.

What is counted as mental/emotional abuse is when the child or anybody for that matter is being yelled at for small mistakes or when they do something that is wrong and they get say cussed out for it. But it really does bring them down and make them shy in the long run. Hope this helps if you need more help let me know!

My son's 3 years. Everytime I ask him if he needs to wee he says no. When he says yes and I get him on the potty seat (which is on the toilet seat)...he doesn't do anything, then when I let him go about 10 minutes later he messes himself or uses the diaper.
I know when he wants to poo but when I get him on the seat he never does it there. I bought pull ups today and hopefully it will help.
My question really is how to approach the potty training for a boy of 3 years. I want to get him into school soon but the only wait is potty training! (link)

Re-ward them for every time they go and get like a chart and put up and you bathroom and get stickers that they like and every time he goes he gets to put one up and when he gets to say 5 stickers he get a reward like a piece of candy or something. But yes do use pull ups. I hear boys are harder than girls but my little girl was relly easy to train but Im dreading to try with my boy who is getting ready to tur 4 months old! But Im sure it all works out in the end! Good luck!

My 3 year old labrador retriever always gets awful ear infections. They smell terrible and she's constantly itching and shaking her head. I've taken her to the vet many times and recieved medication, but the infection keeps coming back. How can I clear them up without having to go to a vet every time she gets one and how can I prevent them? (link)

Are you cleaning the dogs ears out once a day? Get cleaner from your vet. Also your dog could be prone to them. I have a dog that gets them alot! But then I started cleaning out his ears once a day and it helps AlOT!!!

my cat is like wheezing. it sounds like he's snoring but you can tell that his nose is like stuffy. is it normal or could he be really sick? btw- he's an indoor/outdoor cat and he's been outside a lot lately and it's super cold out. (link)

IF it is cold out and he is going in and out alot then he could have an upper respatorie infection because of the change in temperature or he could have something like asthma I would deffinentally take him to the vet.

It does get better I promise! You might consider getting another dog. It won't be the same but it gives you something to look forward too. For doing something for someone who hit your dog Im sure it was an accident! They probally did not mean too. They can't really do anything to them. If you need to talk write me.

So my cat won't eat her wetfood. She eats her dry food perfectly fine, and I have tried every suggestion my Vet told me, but nothing worked. Yet I heard (from a friend) that if cats don't eat their wetfood they'll die or something? I do find it somewhat ridiculous but it worries me. Is that true? If so, what can I do? If not, any suggestions to help my cat eat her food?

Well she may just prefer the dry food. She may not like wet food. I have one cat that refuses to eat it so there is no need to force her too. Its like us loving potatoe chips but hating spinache for say. But I have seen several cats that just like dry food!

okay so i am going to be getting a kitten soon and i need to know some information
about how often do you need to buy kitty litter and change it

is there anything in particular i should buy thats good for them?
whats the earliest you can get a kitten because i know they have to spend time with their mother but i dont want it to be too old i want it little lol
lastly how do i train it, like not to pee and poop everywhere but to go in the litter box or will it know?

They are pretty easy to care for, but to keep themusing their litter box clean out the poo and all the clumps every day and take all of it out about once every other week, this prevents it from smelling. Litter is not that expensive but also don't get the cheapest kind out there because it does not work very well. Also get a kind that is super odor absorbant and clumping.
There is no particular kind of food but if it is a kitten make sure it is kitten fiid because it has extra neutritiants in it. Then once it out grows the kitten food if it is going to be an indoor cat get indoor kitten food it helps with hair balls and things.
If you go to a shelter near you the ones for adoption, they will be at a good age. They should be about 6 weeks old is the earliest I would say. But I think the best place to get one is at a shelter because you are helping the shelter by making more room for more homelss pets and also making that kitty know they dont have to stay at a place with all those cats threw all their years.
To train it to use a litter box put it in there and scratch its paws around in it. Then also keep it in a shut room for like a cuple days so it knows this will help. But also get it out and let it roam and socialize but keeo it in that room and don't move around the litter box alot.

Well first of all if you do not know find out if one is spayed or neutered. If they are not then they probally are. They will get on top of each other and shake away. lol:) Cant think of a better way to put it. But if you don't want any puppies then I would suggest getting them spayed or neutered! If the girl dog spots like if she has a period then you might want to consider getting her spayed because that will stop, because it can reuine your furniture and things. Something to think about. Good luck finding out! Also if they are pupppied they useally don't start to mate untill they are about 7 months.

Wait to get to know him and it will be easy like if he likes to play and all nick name him like rascal or if he is chuncky and likes to eat like something like fatty or monster. But you'll come up with one if you learn how he acts.

Most hampsters are shy they are shyer animals but give her time to come aroung get like the balls that you can roll them around in and stuff!

I love my cat very much. I am crazy about her!! I spoil her with an endless amount of toys, and I treat her to cat treats like several times a day. Now she has that "royal" attitude. So she goes around and drops things from the shelves to the floor by kicking it or hitting it with her paw (thinking it's a toy), and it drops on the floor. I have had numerous drink spills. I learned the lesson of supervising her when I do have a drink in my room but she is always sneaking up on it and spilling it. I get angered, wanting to punish her. I want her to learn a lesson, but yelling at her does nothing. I also tried putting her in the cage for awhile like as a "time-out" - that didn't work. So how can I discipline her without being too harsh? (link)

Yes I agree with the spray bottle and also it is partially your falt for spoiling her sooo much!!! But something to consider is to put her in a certain room while you are gone move the litter box there too. Also QUIT spoiling her too much and she will loose part of the attitude!

I have a little 11 year old shih tzu, who is in still, very good health. The only problem is her teeth and breath. Her breath is so bad right now and her teeth will fall out very soon unless they are taking care of. Today, I went out and bought toothpaste, toothbrushes, and mints for dogs. I tried to brush her teeth but she just wasn't having it. She rarely opened her mouth and she went into this physicall fit. Turn her head every direction possible so that I could not brush her teeth. I tried to keep her head and body in place while trying to keep the brush steady but she was starting to fight with me. I didn't want to be too forceful because I felt like she'd get hurt, so I stopped. How can I get her to stay calm or at least let me brush her teeth? I don't want her to lose teeth because of this. I would suggest taking her to the vet, because they will have special pastes and medicine for her. Also because she might have an infection that is causing the bad breath and all.

I think that my dog is pregnant. When we went to Argentina, we left my dog, Daisy, with my aunt. They took her outside so that she could do her business and there are lots of dogs in my aunt's neighborhood. I'm pretty sure that my dog interacted with other dogs. After we came back, I didn't ask if my dog was acting strangely, but she's been sleeping on my bed with me a lot lately; usually she gets up to go downstairs on the couch. And she does that thing where she digs in her blanket, you know. She was pregnant before when she was 8 month's old and I noticed that she gained weight when we came back from Argentina. My aunt told me that she gave her some table food but I noticed that her breasts were sagging a little lower than usual and she was fatter. So how do I know if she is pregnant? [please don't tell me to go to a vet, we don't really have the time..] (link)

She sounds like she could be pregnant, but also I know you don't want to hear it but you really might want to take her to a vet. There could be a complication or something wrong with her digestive system and that could be why she is acting like that as well. Plus there are usually vacinations they give when your dog is pregnant!

i got goldfish at a carnival and i want them to stay alive. what should i do to help them be alive and happy without spending a lotta money? how can i tell if one is a girl or boy? (one is orange and one is greyish). if one is a girl and one is a boy, if i get tank plants will they have a bigger chance of having babies?

Well most 13 year olds are responsible just make sure you have the time to groom EVERY DAY, WALK EVERY DAY. and also do extra chores and dont talk about it all the time. Also it might go over better if you get an older dog that is house trained:) ONe say that is about 4 or 5 or older go to a local shelter. I remember when I was little and I was asking my parents for a dog they didnt want a puppy because they werent house trained!

You are very right he does not need to think that it is right! I would say flick him in the nose or get a spray bottle and put fill it with water and a cup of vinigar! It works every time. If he is wanting to play use chew toys and play fetch or tug a war. But he needs to know that it is not good!

You need to take him him to your vet! I CAN NOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH OR EVEN TAKE HIM TO AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL! I am a vet but cannot diagnose him without seeing him or even knowing the dog..... THERE ARE SEVERAL SERIOUS DISEASES he could have and it probally needs to be fixed now!!! Im not going to go into what it could be because I need to go but please please please take him to the vet immediatly!!!!!!!!
