My mom abuses everyone in the family except for my little brother. She even abuses my dad! Everything we do that she doesn't like, we get beaten for it. I'm scared, and I tried calling the police, but when they came, my mom acted like everything was perfect, and she even repainted the wall that she caused my older sister to bleed on, so that she wouldn't be suspected of abuse. The police accused me of lying, and now I'm on social probation. After the police left, my mom beat me up and threw me at the wall. She broke my arm, and I asked her why she did that to me, and she just smacked me and said, "You ruined my life the moment you were born. You don't deserve life!" So one day when she was sleeping, my dad and I went to McDonalds for lunch, knowing that we would be in trouble, but we thought we could keep it a secret. So we were gone, and we didn't know that my mom woke up, and my little brother, whom she doesn't abuse, told her that we left. We got home, and noticed that she was on the couch like she was when we left, and she suddenly got up, and she threatened to kill me and my dad. That night, when my parents went to sleep, I could hear my dad screaming (like in pain) and the next morning, my mom said, "He had a heart attack," when I know that she killed him, because my dad never had heart problems, and he always ate healthy.
I'm really scared that she's going to come after me next if I do something that she doesn't like.

I too am a survivor of child abuse. My little brother was never abused probably cause we had different dads. My mother beat me like a government mule. You need a camera so if there is ever blood on the wall again you can take picture as proof before it's repainted. Also take pics of all injuries. You should also get a tape recorder to record the abuse. Nanny cams work great too.
When your arm was broken did you go to a hospital? If so you should have told the dr. that your mom did it. All 911 calls are recorded. If your mom threatens you I hope the 911 operator hears it. I advise you to talk to your teacher today.
When you heard your dad screaming you should have called 911 and simply said I hear my dad screaming like he's in pain. If my mother beat me today the way she did when I was a child she would be in jail.
The police officer should be smacked for not believing you.
All death certificates list the cause of death. If your dad did die of a heart attack the death certificate would say so. Do you believe your mom got away with murder?
You need the telephone number for child protective services. You can get it from 411. Show all proof of abuse to them. They have the authority to remove you from the abusive home.

Wish I had a magic answer for you but you should only lose 2 pounds a week through diet and exercise. I don't know what kind of food you eat but proper diet is very important when trying to lose weight. Eat plenty of veggies no fried food, no fast food, no dessert and don't eat after 8pm. Join a gym or run. Think you should take my advice I weigh 120.

Ok well here's my problem, my mom is like super christian and I think I wanna follow by the rules of buddah and I want to be boodist! but I still belive in god! I dunno what one to choose. And plus if I do decide to become budist I dont wanna tell my mom! I dont know what to Do! arg! help! (link)

The 1st amendment of the US constitution says "congress shall pass no law respecting an establishment of religion or free parctice there of."
If you want to be Budist that's your decision. I understnad if you don't want to tell your super christian mom. However after you move out of her house and pay your own rent and bills you should tell her.
My super christain aunt kept sending me these super christian chain e mails. I asked her to stop over 100 times but she just wouldn't even after I made it clear to her I do not practice her faith. I believe in her right to be christain and she should respect me right not to be.
