thanks umm i use different shampoos and conditioners termasilk, panteen pro v, herbel essences, and this one that the salons have it comes in a blue bottle and in purple i believe well yea.. im sorry i didn't reply sooner i have been in Cali for about 3 weeks and well i got my hair cut i will be putting a different picture up in a few when i get back tomorrow hopfully July 3rd!! well can't wait to talk to you guys again!! hehe no problem well for the first 2 weeks (14 dayz) you cannot eat Potatoes, pasta, or Backed goods no rice bread and no Furit you can't eat junk food like candy cake cookies ice cream or pretty much sugar oh and Beets are vegitables n all but there packed with sugar and corn is really a starch i didn't know until atfter i ate it so im mad at my self!! hehe but what you can eat is vegitables lots of it chicken shelfish turcky eggs cheese nuts salads with real olive oil dressing and to drink tea coffee or water i lost 10 lbs on it and i've been on it for a lil over a week and for excercizing you have to do a 20 minute brisk walk everyday but i do more than just that.. if you have n e more questions about it you can ask me or you can go to www.southbeach.com or search under Yahoo for it
