Q: My best friend told me she's been cutting herself, and her excuses never really are reasonable to me. I mean I used to cut before she did, and she noticed and told me to stop.
But the she admitted she had been a lot lately.
I don't understand because it seems like she has everything, she has amazing parents who are still together, her family is close, she has animals, clothes, a boyfriend, I dont understand why she couldnt be happy.
I'm not trying to compare our issues, it just her excuses to meare like .. "my parents like...ugh they are weird around boys, they embarss me around my boyfriend" and I'm like so, my mom does tha ttoo, but it doesnt mean go hurt yourself.
Its just really starting to worry me, because i dont want to tell on her, and DONT tell me to tell her mom. But I want her to stop, because shes beautiful, and I envy her so much.
But I dont know how to help her>

well i no it might be difficult but you should tell her to stop and do whatever you can to help her. She helped you when you were cutting, and now its your turn, she might not admitt it but she really needs help. Yes she might be a bit annoyed at you if you tell her to stop or tell her mom but if you think about it you are doing her a favor. And wondering why she is cutting, maybe she is stressing out and has a diffrent way of dealing with it.

Q: idk if im in the right section or not but.. i have a problem sleeping. i can NEVER fall asleep past 5:30 am and i always have to wake up at 9. im soooo tired during the day but i can never ever fall asleep know matter how tired i am. i dont drink caffiene and my house isnt loud. please help..thanks so much!

That sometimes happens to me, and my mom always told me to drink milk before bed cause it can make you feel drousy. Or you could read yourself to sleep.

i have to baby sit tomorrow. its not that big of a deal because i have dont it many times before, but the thing is i have never met the people. there are gonna be 3 kids ages 2, 6 and like 11. I just wanted some tips on like what to do and how to make it not awkward. thanks.

Well you can try to start up a conversation like asking them "what do u like to do?" "Do you like sports?" Try to get to no them better, i have cousins that are 5 and 6 and they get shy but then after awhile they loosen up and most 2 and 6 year olds love to use there imaginations so you can ask them to draw you a picture, and maybe you could watch a movie. Q: Ok, me and this guy i was friends with started going out. At point we decided it would be better if we were friends. Now me and him are dating other people and I think I like him again. I don't know if I like him for him or for the fact that he's dating other people. I don't know what to do. Please help me out!!!

that can be a very normal reaction, and it might take some time for you to get used to him going out with other people. But it also might be that you really never new how much you loved him until you actually stopped going out. But what might help you to overome that feeling is if you think of the reasons why you guys broke up and why you 2 decided to just be friends again. as cheesy as this tip im going to give you might seem it will work, you just have to listen to your heart and your gut and think. "is he really the guy you love? Or is it just the guy you thought you loved, but turned out to be a guy you love more like a brother" i hope i helped :]

Q: 14/m whenever im somewhere and girls i do not know see me that are my age, they seem to be embarrassed and wont look me in the eye. I see them looking at me when im not looking at them and they wont face me. i went over to my friends house and she had two of her friends i had never met before. They were eating when i walked in and the two new girls looked really embarrassed and wouldnt look at me. then when they get to know me there not embarrassed anymore. does this happen to all people when they have never met before??? im not doing anything or looking at them strangely.

Girls sometimes stare and turn red when they see guys they think are hot, and get nervous, so that might have been it, and then maybe when you started hanging out with the other 2 friends they loosend up and didnt get nervous around you anymore.
