there should be a cd that came with your zen micro.. put the cd in and install it and then after your done installing it.. go to my computer and then click on zen micro media explorer and then click on import music to device and you should then be able to download songs into ur zen micro

i think you are talking about the hearts that you get from tanning.. im not sure if thats what your talking about but people put like a heart above there pelvis and go into a tanning bed with it on so when you take the heart off, the heart will show up

i have mine pierced on the left and i like it there.. if you want people to see it, pierce it on the ear that you dont have hair covered over on ..but its really up to you to chose which side to get it on but i know most people get it on the left
