Okay, yesterday I asked a question about teeth whitening with braces and the responses I got were mostly not to do it because I would look weird when I got my braces off.
Well, I forgot to mention that I would like my teeth to look especially white for a very special occasion coming up and a) i'm not getting my braces off for another six months and b) i don't care how my teeth look after I get my braces off because it will be MUCH easier to get them whitened afterward.
With that said, can anyone give me advice on what's safe to use to whiten your teeth with braces?

well you can rince with hydrogen peroxide . listerine and brush with whitening toothpaste
oh crest white night or w/e they're called
the paste willl work fast and its easy

WELLL your parents are accepting the fact that you aret o be taking care of her for the night meaning you have responsibilities and stuff . and i would be mad because she's your friend and shes using you just to sneak out you know . dont put up with this you need to tell her parents because if she gets prgnant or something bad you are liable!

okay so i like this boy and i seriously think he is gay.
theres nothing wrong with being gay, its just when you like the guy this much it hurts.

I think that you will be fine , but if he has a reputaion there is a possibility he's changed or maybe if he thinks your the most beautiful girl in the world he wouldnt want to hurt you . You know what I mean? If you aren't ready don't take the chance .

hi! i have braces, and i would like to whiten my teeth, but i've been told that you're not supposed to use the kind of teeth whitening stuff that you kind of paint on. but I was wondering, is there any other way I can whiten my teeth? can i use the strips or is there a kind of toothpaste or ANYTHING?

but if you use whitening toothpaste
its gonna suck bcasue when you get em` off you should schedule a whitening appointment with your dentish because there's gonnna be a stain on your teeth from everything
so i would just say brush floss and listerine for now
or you can use the paintish ones
it will work better than the strips, cuz the metal will be in the way with the strips and all

last night I went to the school carnival with my boyfriend. He always has his arms around me and the absolute perfect boyfriend for me and I LOVE him to death. he cares about me and everything. anyway we where out side sitting on the play ground and it was dark after the carnival was over and everyone already went home. and we where making out. but if you go to a salon they usually will have like a package deal like 40 bucks for both or even 30

I LOVE to run. I'm joining cross country next year (I'll practice over the summer more; but I can run just fine)
My problem is my posture. I do most of my running right now on treadmills & ellipticals (and I'm sick of it so I started running outside more). I always run leaning WAY forward and I always stick my butt out. It's uncomfortable, annoying, and embarrassing. Plus, I tend to trip more. My spine's not curved, and I only take on this posture when jogging/running (not walking or anything).
How can I improve my posture when running? Thanks in advance =] (link)

I went to the doctor the other day, to see if i were a.d.d, and see about getting medicine. i had to pee in a cup and yaddyyaddyyah. im 13. i have giving head, thats it. well yeah thats alot for a 13 year old. anyways. onetime i was maturbating and my dog came, and started licking, it kind of felt pretty nice. so i let him for a litttle while. gross i know. well the doctor called and said she wants to talk, saturday. i know probly something about my a.d.d. but could something come out in the pee resaults?

she is just gonna give you the results on that and talk to you about the disorder so more .
she will tell you about medicines you should take and whatnot .
she wont even be able to tell thru the tests what you have done with your dog or anyone else !

hey im 14/f and i've hd stretch marks on my boobs for the past 2 years. I know they're supposed to "go away eventually" but its been 2 years! They show up in bathing suits and when im wearing a bra.
