I really want a sweet 16 party, but there's only one problem. I can't think of a theme! The past Sweet 16's i've been have just been at dance clubs with no themes, or with just all girls, i don't want that. I want them to dress the theme, and decorate it to make them feel the theme as well

Please list some theme ideas! I'm cluelesss.

At my sweet 16 party (which was a few years ago) we did an "Oscars" theme. Except for they were the "Amys" (not my real name but you get the picture).

I gave out awards to people for "Funniest Friend", "Most Unforgettable" etc. I also had a purple carpet that we bought from a slavage place for like $40. Afterward, we sold it back to another salvage place for $30.

I set up a video camera and my uncles asked people differnt questions (like they do at real awards shows) and later I watched them. I also had pictures taken with everybody as they came down my purple carpet. The awards were different stuff. Like the "Most Unforgettable" person got a propellor hat, and the "Funniest" person got a remote controlled fart machine.

We had the most fun, and it wasnt expensive at all. People wore crazy stuff, like one girl dressed as a flapper and one actually wore her old prom dress.

It was one of the most memorable things ever, and me and my freinds still talk about it. It's been 3 years since then.

hey i was just wondering if it's bad to keep your contacts in for more than a day. if it is, then why? if it's not, then how long can you leave it in with out taking it out for? like how many days?

i rate high!! please help me quick!! if you can't answer all of these questions, just answer as much as you can, and i'll rate really high!!

Well, it depends on what kind of contacts you have. There are soem differnt ones that allow you to sleep in them for a couple weeks up to a month. These contacts are made especially for this purpose and they allow more oxygen to get to your eye even while sleeping.

Wearing regular contacts overnight will may you eyes really dry and scratchy, and it just makes the contact dry out thus making you feel like you have sandpaper stuck to your eye.

Talk to you eye doctor and ask if he can prescibe you some contacts amde for leaving in, if that is your desire.

16/f. single for valentines day. i need some cheering up. i dont have a boyfriend for valentines day. i cant leave the house (sick.) it seems like everyone is going out and having a good time with there bfs. what can i do to make myself cheer up and still have a good time on vday? (even tho im alone) thanks.

Well, you can do what I always do. Watch like horror movies or crazy movies that make fun of love. Like one of my V-day favorites is: "The Wedding Singer" Even though I have seen it a thousand times it is still the bomb when you are sitting home alone on Valentines.

My one advice is watch ANYTHING but love movies. That will only make you depressed about being alone. Just laugh and have fun, and buy YOURSELF some chocolate and don't feel guilty about hogging the whole box. (lol)

15/f. Theres this guy at my school who i've always had this crush on since like 8th grade. He's pretty popular, but at my school theres isnt really popular people theres just like the cool people who have alotta friends. anyway, hes always giving me these intense looks, like whenever i walk down the hallway i eat lunch in (in my school we can eat in the halls and he sits like 50 feet away) and he always looks up from whatever hes doing to look at me and he always smiles and every now and then he'll say something to me like, " i like your new haircut, shorter looks good on you". So does he like me or is it just like a friendly thing? And what can i do to get him to notice me?

Well it could be either, sorry to disappoint you, but guys are really wierd like that. Try making eye contact with him. This is one of the most intimate conatcts possible. Most casual friends wont hold it for more than 2 seconds. If he looks away then looks back, as if searchig for your eyes again, there's a good chance he might like you. Don't stare at his eyes though, that can indicate to the brain anger.

i've had a gazelle for about 2 years now. Do you have one or no anybody who has one? does it work? will 20 minutes a day make you lose weight?

YES! The gazelle is my hero!

I had knee surgery and I was so depressed because I couldnt run and I'm a cross country runner. So, my best friend had one and i strted running on it, and I made captain of my squad the season after my surgery! So yea, youll gett in shape....Hint: try leaning back and running "up-hill" you will work you Quads big time!

There isn't a specific age. There's a Moment!!! You'll know when it is....she is looking into your eyes and you'll look into hers. (Its all about eye contact By the way)

Just kiss her! She'll be so happy she probably been tellin her girlfriends "I cant belive he hasnt kissed me yet!" Go for it!!!

I'm atheist and i'm just curious what christians and creationists think about dinosaurs. like where they came from, when they lived, etc. Any christians ive asked about this just kind of avoid it

I personally believe that dinosaurs are VERY real. I belive that God created them. My personal belief is that dinosaurs are walking the earth today. except, they're living in aquariums in your living room. The word "dinosaur" actually comes from a word meaning "overgrown lizard" I belive before the flood it had never rained, and we had not begun to pollute the earth. there was a veil over the arth which made it highly rich in oxygen.

As you may know, lizards never stop growing so given a 90+% oxygen enviroment most scientist will agree that it is highly possible (and probable) that "overgrown lizards" existed.

However, after the worldwide flood. noah took two of each animal on the Ark. So, he would have taken baby dinosaurs so tehyw ouldn't take up as much room. When the flood was over and the waters receded, the climate was drastically different, and the air was less rich.

So, as we began to pollute the earth and the oxygen levels rapidly decreased, the "lizards" became smaller and smaller.

This is MY theory. I am no scientist and don't claim to be, but I am not afraid to talk about this subject.
