yeah, it was one of the kid's dogs, named chewbacca, chewie for short. i wonder if they got that from star wars.
ok, first i need to tell u this whole story
last year i met him, and we were distant friends, i guess if thats what u wanna call it, now, this year, we are like, brother sister close. except, i dont want to be. i want to be more. i told him this....but on the same day that 3 other girls told him about their love for him too!. He told me that he doesn't want to choose between all of us because he knows that somebody will get hurt. Also, he had liked this same girl for a while. even if he didnt like her, i would still be callin her a biotch. i dont see why he likes her, she is a serious bitch and rude to everybody...you have no clue. she is goin out with somebody right now tho.anyways. i want him to be happy. thats why im not going to try to make him ask me out, because i want him to be happy. it hurts to see him everyday and be so close to him, when i know it cant be anything more. i know that he doesnt love me in that way. i need to get over this, but i dont know how.

If the girl is seeing someone else, you should tell him, even if you don't want to hurt him. By not telling him this you could be hurting him. You can't force yourself to get over it. Just wait, and eventually you'll find someone new, or maybe you'll decide boys aren't worth it.
My labrador puppy, Chewbacca or Chewie for short, is turning five. His mom is my sister's dog, Vanilla Wafer or Niller, and she has an eye problem. She's gone blind and has such problems that she may have to have her eyes removed. I'm terrifed that Chewie is going to develope the same eye problems. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening?
hmm, not sure. I suppose you can take her to the vet and see if you could buy some sort of medication or have her checked to see if she will have the same eye problem.
P.S. Did you get the idea for her name from the baby sitter's club books?

I met a guy in a chat room....We have a lot in common and a lot of the same interests. I am 15 and he is 37...he looks way younger. I have been hanging out with him after school and at the mall. I want to date him. I am very attracted to him and he is SO nice and sweet to me. He takes me to lunch, etc. Should I get involved with him even though we have a huge age difference? I don't think it makes a difference.
You should tell a parent and go to the police. There could be records on this guy. Don't jump the gun to much, though. For all you know he's a perfectly nice guy.

If you are really shy, and you really want to go out with them, it's all right i guess. But what wouldb e your reaction if someone put a note in your locker asking you out? How would you feel? Like you were being tricked, right? You should wait until you think you are ready to ask them out in person. Then you will definetly be ready for a boyfriend/grilfriend relationshio.

You should probably tell him you are are really sorry but you only see him as a friend. Don't lie, it will only end in anger and embarassment.
Everybody in my school has already had like 10 boy/girl friends... I've had none. Thats right... zip, zero, zilch! They all say how great it is to be hooked up, and they always have someone to dance with at activity nite. I have nobody!

Hmm, well first of all, do you really want a boy? If you want to hook up just to hook up, it'll be kinda boring cause you won't really be happy. Don't force yourself to like somebody who isn't worth your affections. From your letter, it doesn't seem like you're crushing, so if I were you, i'd just wait till the right guy came along, and take the plunge. If he rejects you, don't worry, you wouldn't want to dance with that insensitive jerk anyway!
P.S. If you are in elementary school I forbid you to date until at least middle school.
What's this obsession we have with being hairless? Why do we thing that bare skin is so appealing? If we look at any animal, they just look disgusting without hair. Imagine shaving a cat.
What's wrong with hair, anyway? Is it just our preoccupation with youth that we shave the parts of our body that grow hair after puberty, in an effort to look pre-pubescent?
Sorry, just a rant. I guess if I want advice, it's this: How can I make people feel more comfortable about my hairy state?
Omigosh, i know exactly what you mean! It's such a pain to shave your armpits and legs. It's like, why is it so attractive to have hair on our head but not anywhere else? I totally agree.
But as for your question, if you really want to make people feel comfortable, don't go off into a rant such as this when they ask you if you shave your armpits. (if you choose to do this, use deoderant-its for your benifit, believe me.) You will become known as "The Weird Hairy Girl"(i'm assuming you're a girl cause i don't know many guys who shave their legs or anything.) Just...don't draw attention to it. And if your friends have a problem with your hairy body, maybe they aren't the best friends to have. think about it.

aww, of course God doesn't hate you! If you're having self-esteem issues, why don't you talk to a friend/teacher/relative/guidance counsler and fish for compliments! Do you have a passion for a sport or even a school subject? join a club, and get active!
