I was at cheerleading practice yesterday and I must have turned my neck the wrong way to fast cause it popped and started burning. It went away for a minute, then I got this excrusiating pain in my neck. I can't turn it to the right, or lean it back, and if I'm laying down I have to use my hand to pull my neck up when I want to stand up. Has this happened to anyone before, and how long will it last? thanks =] (link)

I am active in alot of sports, i also have 3 younger sibblings that like to wrestle w/ me. Usually when my neck hurts i will have trouble moving it and then it will get better. But then i would get headachs. So i went to the chiropractor (sp?) to get me hips realigned for cross country. He said that my neck was out and that was the source of my headachs. If you start getting them maybe talk to your parents about it. Maybe they can help.

i've got a broken leg and it has to stay in a cast for weeks. I mean, ages! Im stuck with not a lot to do so im just eating loads of rubbish and im worried im gonna get fat.
how can i exercise so that i dont put on loadsa weight without actually hurtin my leg real bad? (link)

I broke my ankel playing basketball. I was the same way i didn't want to gain weight because i am a runner, i run track and cross country. So i decided that i would still go out and shoot around. You don't have to be running constantly to stay in shape. But please wait till your leg feels better. I would lay my crutches down and hop after the ball and i was strengthening my other leg while doing so. i hope this helps you out.
