bring someone older.. like a cousin or a sibling that you trust.. you should wait at least a week before taking the first one and then maybe 2 days after taking that one take another one.. just to be sure

okay... just use a pad for the next few days so you dont ruin your underwear.. then if you get it you'll be safe and you'll know... yes getting cramps is a sign for it... just use a pad or tampon

dont worry! Just talk to him and see if he likes you.. take notice if he laughs about small things you say and look to see if he stares into your eyes when you talk... then ask him if he likes you.. its better to let him know how you feel then to keep it inside!

Dont be scared.. usually people become very grumpy before they get their period so if your feeling really upset and mad about small things then use a pad for a few days even if you dont get it its better to be prepared!
