what color and length hair is really in right now. i have blonde hair but i am tired of it i have had it since i was born and i am 14/f and want a new style any advice? (link)
Blonde is still in..but at the moment, darker colors of hair with bold highlights are in. Regular dark hair is in too without any highlights. As for length, bobcuts and real short hair are in too.


This is a really random question, but how do you do makeup for a professional photo (color or black and white)? (link)
Put your make up on where it looks natural. Pictires come out so much better and shows little effort that you tried to put a mask on. Don't where a lot of eyeliner though.
A little bit of make up goes a long way.


iS it true that if you chew gum 30 minutes before you exersize you burn more???

It's not. Burning calories depends more upon your weight and kind of exercising you do.


Lately I've found myself eating less and become more selfconcious. My boyfriend pokes my stomach a lot in a joking way and I'll think he's poking my stomach fat. My friend called me fat, but he was kidding, but I got very defensive over it. If I skip a meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner I wont think anything of it. I'll lie sometimes to my mom and say that I did eat when I know I didn't. I'm always hungry, but I never want to go eat anything. Are these signs of anorexia? (link)
Sadly, it's kidding around and ridicule that aids people in their eating disorder. I don't think you HAVE an eating disorder, but it could develop into one. Is their any reason why you're skipping meals, or is it just because you DON'T want to eat?


Holy crap. I went to the doctor's yesterday, and they said I weigh 155 pounds! And I'm only 13 and like 5'4. I checked the BMI thingie and I thought before that I was like 130, but like.. woah. I'm like 1 point over normal so now im overweight! ahh! how can I get back in shape? I already do basketball on thursdays and saturdays. and aside from things in school thats pretty much it. how can i get back in shape?????????? i really do not want to get fat.. if im not already not! or real heavy (though i probably am.) im not into doing those things that stupid kids do like be anorexic or bulemic, so thats out of question. but like.. its winter. i cant exactly do all the things i can do in the summer. plus, i have like no backyard (forrest) and alot of homework on weekdays. i think its because i may eat too much. because sometimes i may eat because im bored. but its not like i'll eat chips, because my mom cooks alot of african foods that are good. we dont really go out much but sometimes i guess i eat too much of a good thing. which is why i also bite my nails. should i get gum? but whenever i get it i always finish it in like 1 day. because i kinda feel that i have to be chewing something sometimes.. and i dont want to eat food just because.. when im not really that hungry, or bite off my nails. i dont even notice when i bite them.. but then later i see my nails arent that great and i have bitten them.. but its randomly. any help here? i reaaaally dont wanna get obese in the future!!!! and im a girl.

Hey..well I wouldn't tell anyone that they're fat. At your age,. your body and metabolism is maturing. You may be a little pudgy at this age. As you get older, you're weight will ditribute itself evenly.
If you want to get back in shape, choose healthier choices of foods. Eat losts of fiber from vegetables. Eat whole grains. Eat fruits..they're nature's candy :) Instead of soup with noodles, drink the broth..etc.
But as i said, when you mature in age, your body will distribute itself.
This isn't something that's a big thing. Don't get too obsessed about your weight because over obsession leads to body body image and eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia. Bulimia isn't fun..I'm recovering from ir and it's hard..and the whole cycle was hell.
So just be sure to eat healthier and go for a walk every other day. Good luck!
