Hmmm, so I'm 15/f and I have like 10 friends? I don't care, though, because I love all of them like whoa. The problem is that out of those 10, like only 2 are girls. I'm not a slut or being friends with the guys because I wanna go out with them. It's just that I can be myself comfortably around them since they don't care about what I say or how I act or any of that stuff. There's little to no drama or rumors among guys & they're much more relaxed and friendly and more fun to hang out with [for me anyway]. One of the 2 girls is my best friend ever & I love her like whoa [still do] but my mom banned me from her [Don't ask. LONG story] The other girl, I'm not close to that much? I mean I still love her but I'm not as close to her as I am with the first girl. Like I would barely hang out with her at the mall or movies or even bring her over to my house just so we could hang out.
The thing is that my mom is...strict and set in her own little assumptive ways. She NEVER lets me go to a guy's house even if his parents are home b/c I'll get raped and pregnant. And I can't go anywhere with just a guy unnless another girl is in the presence [I can't go to the mall or the movies and what not]. And I'm afraid to bring people over my house because my mom will most likely ban me from my friends [Again, long story but I promise you that my mom will not like them and ban me form them] So basically all summer long, I've had like 2 outside human contact [Andrew b/c he popped out of nowhere one day and decided to come over...he's now banned for a stupid reason. And another time was in the morning when I snuck out to meet Angela [the girl I'm banned from]] And I'd really like to go shopping or to the movies with Brandon or Curtis but my mom will be like "OMG!! DO YOU LIKE HIM? ARE YOU GUYS GOING OUT??" [Ironic thing--they're both gay. And my family is a big, big homophobic one] So I dn't know. I guess I'm asking what should I do? (link)

i'm the same way, guys are just easier. you need to explain to your mom that they're your friends. tell her that guys are easier to get along with and you don't have romantic feelings for them, they're just friends. if she doesn't understand, i'm sorry, because she sounds a little TOO strict, but just keep telling her you just want to hang out.. nothing more. she should come around.

i know a year and a half seems like forever but chances are it's still not all that regular. you will mostlikely get it this month, if not early next month. it takes about 3 years for your period to become consistant and regular.

you can't really get mad at her for just wanting to be friends, it's not like she can pick and chose who she likes. you should flirt with her though, just be really nice, don't pressure her about the subject,and just have fun being unattatched. it doesn't matter if she likes other guys, then you'll just have to prove to her that you're the one she wants.

wel, my boyfriend has been sick for the past 3 weeks, been to the doctor 4 times, and they've found nothing, but recently, i've been feeling the same he has.

it sounds like you might have mono? usually with mono, there are a lot of pains and your immune system gets weak very fast. go to the doctor and bring this up as a posibility.

you should talk to your parents, tell them that you're sexually active, and you should use protection [wear a condom and have her take birth control]. it would be helpful to know you're age, but i'll guess around 14-16? if that's your age, you really can't tell if she's "the one" sorryyyy. you're young. you're going to have sooo many girls you "love" and 3 months isn't too long, but if you have strong feelings for her, then who knows.

it's not necessarily bad. i have a friend that's the same way and i kinda think that his relationship is based on sex, that's only because i know how he is though. you? well, try not having sex for like.. 3 days? see if you guys can have fun doing other things, like going to the movies [yes, making out is okay], going to dinner, etc. that way if you still feel the same, you reassure yourself and prove everyone wrong, but if not, then you can take a closer look at your relationship and figure out whats wrong and work on it.

ive recently lost weight and my period has been gone since march. i am kind of worried but i hear that its not serious unless its over a certian period of time. the thing is that im worried it might affect my bone stregnth and future "egg" situation (pregnancy). i dont want to not be able to get pregnant because i missed my period for too long. i do't want to have frail bones because i have abstence of calcium. And the thing is that I used to drink 2% milk like water, now i drink skim milk maybe 2 times a day. should i drink more milk? should i buy calcium supplements? should i just stop freaking out and wait for my period? calm down, when you're young your period usually comes on time, but sometimes it comes late, eary, whatever. if you're really nervous, go to a OBGYN [gynocologist [sp?]] and talk to her about it. i'm pretty sure that's normal, but talk to your mom or doctor if you don't get it in the next month or 2.
