you should check out different perfumes from victorias secret. i use them and they smell good and last awhile, as well. also for just good smelling perfume i absolutely love eternity by calvin clein for women.
and for deodorant i suggest using dove. i use it and it works really well. secret platinum works fairly well too. dove is better, though.

i honestly dont know what to do anymore. i really like my ex and i know he likes me but every time we talk about it he says he doesnt want a gf right then. we have known each other since kindergarten and are really good friends besides this issue but i think this is ruining our friendship b/c he cant make up his mind. i already confronted him about this too and it doesnt seem to have any effect. should i move on or wait for him?

Its totally normal to think about it. My advice is wait until you've found the right person. Make sure the first time you do it, you wont regret it. As for stoping your obsession, try to take your mind of it. Hang out with friends more often so you wont be thinking about it.

When I go to the doctors office, he shows me a chart that charts my weight and height, and has my weight and height when I was younger. I think that the chart is related to BMI, but im not positive. Anyway, does anyone know where I could find a chart like that?

but can someone give me like actual exercises that are quick and easy that i should do everynight.??
Sit ups/crunches work great. I do like 100 every night. You should start off by doing as much as you can and increase the number of them that you do every night. It'll be much easier. :] I also reccomend just walking maybe? Everyday a couple of blocks or something. Maybe even jogging. And when summer arrives, swimming is a great exercise. Other than exercise, eating healthy is important as well. :]

After i get out of the shower, to scrunch my hair, all i really do is just like scrunch it with my fingers and then it drys up that way. But if that doesnt work for you use this; special effects curl booster. Its a scrunching and curling spray & it works for me. Just spray it at your hair after you get out of the shower, and scrunch your hair with your fingers.

I know that chi irons are simply amazing for making your hair super straight. I reccomend them. They're expensive, but they're the best out there. Definetly worth the money. I dont know of any products for straightening hair, though. Sorry. :[

is blowdrying your hair better or worse than straightning it? i take showers every other day and i blowdry it, so it keeps it nice and straight which works. i don't know if i'm damaging my hair though. am i? is blowdrying your hair bad for it? thankss.!
Both are equally unhealthy for your hair. Basically, anything with heat is. I always straighten my hair and blowdry it, and my hair isn't that damaged, i guess its different for everyone. I suggest you use a heat protectant spray. Rub it in your hair, and then comb before you blowdry.
